By approving an estimate, scheduling service, paying a deposit, signing an invoice, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Antzee Home Services provides residential and commercial services including furniture assembly, handyman services, minor repairs, moving help, junk removal, property cleanouts, pressure washing, minor demolition, painting, mounting, hauling, and related services. The exact scope of work is limited to the written estimate, invoice, message, or agreement approved by the customer.

2. Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided. Final pricing may change if additional labor, materials, equipment, disposal fees, hidden conditions, unsafe conditions, access issues, or extra services are required.

3. Deposits and Payment

For larger jobs, Antzee Home Services may require a deposit before scheduling or starting work. Final payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Late or Non-Payment

If payment is not made when due, Antzee Home Services may pause work, refuse future service, charge reasonable late fees where allowed by law, and pursue collection of the unpaid balance.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or lack of access may result in a cancellation or trip fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide safe access to the work area, working utilities when needed, accurate job information, and removal or protection of fragile, valuable, or personal items.

7. Materials and Customer-Supplied Items

If the customer supplies materials, products, furniture, fixtures, hardware, or parts, the customer is responsible for ensuring they are correct, complete, undamaged, and suitable for the job.

8. Hidden Conditions and Pre-Existing Damage

Antzee Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden conditions, including rot, weak drywall, bad wiring, plumbing issues, water damage, poor previous repairs, or structural weakness.

9. Pressure Washing and Exterior Cleaning

Pressure washing may reveal pre-existing damage, oxidation, faded paint, loose siding, damaged concrete, weak mortar, old stains, or other surface issues. Antzee Home Services is not responsible for damage caused by age, deterioration, or weak surfaces.

10. Junk Removal, Hauling, and Disposal

The customer confirms they have the legal right to remove all items being removed. Hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, fuel, asbestos, biohazards, medical waste, firearms, ammunition, or illegal items may be refused.

11. Change Orders and Extra Work

Any work not included in the original approved scope may require an additional charge. Changes may affect the schedule, completion time, materials, and final price.

12. Workmanship Guarantee

Any workmanship concerns must be reported within 48 hours of job completion. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, defective customer-supplied materials, pre-existing conditions, weather damage, or third-party damage.

13. Safety and Right to Refuse Work

Antzee Home Services may refuse, stop, or reschedule work if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, illegal, outside the agreed scope, or if anyone on site behaves in a threatening or unsafe manner.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Antzee Home Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

15. Access Delays and Scheduling

Antzee Home Services is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supplier delays, utility interruptions, customer availability, site conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

16. Photographs and Marketing

Antzee Home Services may take photographs of completed work for quality control, documentation, and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be disclosed without permission.

17. Warranty Exclusions

Any warranty provided applies only to labor performed by Antzee Home Services and does not extend to manufacturer defects, customer-supplied products, misuse, neglect, abuse, weather-related damage, or normal wear and tear.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties unless modified in writing.
